Buying a home can be a complex and overwhelming process, even for those who have done it many times before.

You are excited and anxious at the same time, and many times have only some idea on where to start.

Buyers or Sellers Market

Currently the Fall  of 2019 is a moving to a buyers market, so you may not be sure what that means and how to proceed. In any market ,it is advisable that you are working with a Realtor.  The reason for this is they have their finger on the pulse of the market.  Whether it be as a few years ago a crazy fast market or like this spring where homes are sitting a bit longer.  Now is a great time to buy as the prices have stabilized some what and financing may be easier as prices are not over inflated.

Why Work with Real Estate Sales Representative???

Working with an Agent gives you the opportunity to have a listing sent to you well before it hits the Realtor.ca site.  Agents can see listings as soon as they are entered. 

The amount of home listings available is growing everyday and you may feel a little lost and confused. With all the properties available out there you are simply afraid to make a wrong decision about what house you want to purchase.

Perhaps, you are still not very sure about what house your family needs, what neighborhood is right for you, and how much you can afford to spend.

You will do just fine. Let's start by finding out what you can afford first. Then you need to from your lender. It is always better to have financing in place prior to submitting an offer.
